04. how will i receive my photos, and can i print them myself?

Efficiency and quality are my priorities. You will receive your hand-edited, high-resolution images via a private, password-protected digital gallery. This platform allows you to download your entire collection instantly to any device. Every session includes a personal print release, giving you the freedom to use your preferred professional lab for physical prints, while I ensure the digital files are optimized for clarity and color.

05. what if my kids (or my toddler) won't cooperate during the shoot?

I embrace the chaos. Some of the most beautiful, “artfully captured” images in my portfolio come from the moments between the poses (the running, the laughter, and even the unscripted stubbornness). My process is designed to be low-pressure, and I move at the pace of your family to ensure the experience is as enjoyable as the final results.

I want you to feel confident and look your best. I am happy to provide personalized styling advice at your request, tailored to your individual preferences and the specific aesthetic of your session. Whether you need help coordinating colors or choosing textures that photograph beautifully in natural light, I am here to ensure your gallery feels cohesive and intentional.

07. Where do sessions take place?

I'm an on-location photography business serving the Northern Virginia area. I thrive in natural light, from the scenic backdrop of a local winery or farm to the historic charm of downtown streets. I also specialize in the comfort and intimacy of lifestyle sessions held in your own home.

My standard service area includes locations within 20 miles of Arcola, VA (sessions outside of this radius will incur a travel fee). Once you book, I work closely with you to select a location that aligns with the specific aesthetic of your session. For those seeking a more controlled environment, I can also coordinate a professional studio session.

08. when can i expect to see my images?

I prioritize both quality and a professional turnaround. For full sessions, you can expect a "sneak peek" within 48 hours and your complete, hand-edited gallery within two weeks.

Please note that sneak peeks are not included for mini sessions to ensure I meet the expedited delivery window. Every image is meticulously reviewed to meet the highest standards before reaching your inbox.
